Peru Creek, CO

July 25, 2009

A few of us were looking for some trails to run and none of us had done the 3 gulches off of Peru Creek.  Heading up the Peru Creek drainage you encounter Warden Gulch, Chihuahua Gulch, and finally Cinnamon Gulch.  Warden is the easiest, and Chuhuahua the hardest.  The Pennsylvania Mine site is at Cinnamon.

The cable from the aerial tram was stretched a couple of feet above the trail surface.
